Conference Dates / Location: Dixie Center, St. George Utah, May 19 - 21 2009
The conference will be immediately followed by "Advances in Western Interior Late Cretaceous Paleontology and Geology," sponsored by the Bureau of Land Management, from May 22 - 23, 2009 in the same venue. Exhibitors are welcome to display their products/services at either or both conferences for one low fee. Each conference is independently requesting sponsorships.

Exhibit at 8CFR
We will have a limited number of exhibit spaces available at the Dixie Center; the exhibit hall will be steps away from the session halls and we plan to host box lunches in the exhibit halls, which will increase traffic to the exhibits. Exhibitors may exhibit at the 8th CFR, the BLM Cretaceous Conference, or both. The cost is $300 for one conference or $500 for both per exhibit space.
Exhibit spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis; each space includes:
- 10' x 10' exhibit space
- 8' back drape
- (2) 3' side drapes
- 8' draped table
- 2 chairs
- 1 wastebasket
Electricity, audio-visual, telecommunication and other services are available at additional cost.
Exhibitors are provided one complimentary registration to the 8th CFR sessions and a 50% discount on one additional registration. Lunches, evening events and the banquet are not included and must be purchased separately.
